Line-sides ! The fishing has slowed down a little this week compare to the last 4 weeks but still remains good. The two cold fronts that we have had recently has cool the water temperature amost 10 degrees in the past two weeks. Fishing should and will get GREAT again as the water warms back up to the mid 80Ty’s. The best fishing on the lake right now is south of Stamp Creek.  Live bait is still the ticket. Down-lining Shad, Bream and Shiners off of any main lake point in site of the dam will get you bit. After 9am the live bait bite dies off very quick. This is when you need to switch over to trolling umbrella  rigs. Pull your rigs out 140 feet and troll them at a speed of 3.4 miles and hour. We still have some days open for Aug and even a couple of Saturdays and Sundays. If you would like to get into some of this great action give me a call at 770 827-6282. I would also like to say a special good bye to my favorite first mate of all times. This week Tina and I had to put our Sammy ( Dog ) to sleep. Sammy has been apart of our family for a little over 12 years and will be miss GREATLY….
