Fireworks Displays Planned for July 6th

fireworks 3Pity the poor people who are trying to figure out if the fireworks that were rained out on the Fourth of July … and rescheduled for Saturday, July 6th … will be able to go off as planned.

One thing is for sure, as of 11:15 AM Saturday morning, nobody is sure.

Could there be horrendous thunderstorms right after dark?  Yup.

Could the bad weather blow away in time to light up the skies with fireworks?  Yup.

In keeping with one of our favorite principles of management, we are going to pass the buck.

Fireworks were postponed until July 6th at each of the locations below.  Each listing has a link to the organization’s website.  If you want to be sure the fireworks haven’t been rained out, click on the link.  If the organization updates its site, you’ll get the latest information.

If they don’t update their sites, you’re toast, Bucko.  Soggy toast.

We’ve also added a link to the hour-by-hour Weather Channel Lake Allatoona forecast at the bottom of this page, just in case.

Happy Fourth & Sixth of July!
