Linesides fishing Is Decent!

The rains we had last weekend put the lake above full pool.  The north end of the lake is muddy and there is debris from Little River to Bartow Carver.  The south end of the lake is still looking decent from Stamp Creek to Iron hill.

The bite slowed down big time with the rising water and drop in temperature.  This is only a minor setback, and the bite should return in a couple of days.  The live-bait bite is still the best bite going.  Freelines and Planers early, then switch over to downlines after the sun comes up.

The spring bite is going to be Awesome this year.  I think we will even see a strong topwater bite this spring     The shad kill we had earlier this winter is fixing to pay off for us big time.  The only down side to it is bait is really hard to net right now.  This week it has been even tougher with all the debris on the water.  A stop by Striper Soup may be in order for those who don’t like get up at 330 am.

The bite on Allatoona is only going to get better in the upcoming weeks.  Give us a call and book your trip.
