Pioneer Days Carnival in Cartersville

Acworth Charities presents the Labor Day Pioneer Days Festival in Cartersville.

The fun begins on Friday, August 30th at 4 PM and the wheels keep rolling all the way through Labor Day on Monday, September 2nd.

They’ve saved the most fun for last: Fireworks after dusk on Monday!

The fun and games includes the famous carnival, but there’s more:

  • Arts & Crafts
  • Musicians
  • Cloggers
  • Lots of food and people watching!

Allatoona Charities Inc. (ACI) is a non-profit charitable organization based in Acworth, Georgia. Although each member is a Mason, as an independent corporation, it is not under the control or supervision of any other Masonic Institution.

ACI has three goals:

  1. help the needy
  2. assist other non-profit organizations in the local community and state and
  3. assist national charitable organizations, as deemed appropriate by the membership.

The vast majority of ACI’s income is derived by bona a fide fundraiser: the Annual Pioneer Days Festival, Arts & Crafts Show and Carnival.

All the people working the Pioneer Days Festival are ACI members or volunteers from the community and surrounding area, who generously donate their time and hard work.  There are no paid members.  Therefore, all monies — application fees, admissions and carnival — go toward our charitable and benevolent work.
