We have much to be thankful for this Christmas!

• Our neighbors and those who visit and marvel at “our lake.”
• All those who help protect, preserve and beautify Lake Allatoona, especially the many volunteer, local, state and federal organizations that defend our common goals.

The blessings we share are too great to divide us as we celebrate God’s abundant grace.

Therefore, we happily declare a Christmas truce in what are called The Water Wars.  We offer Christmas cheer to those downstream who share in the benefits of Lake Allatoona.  (Yes, even to Alabama, Florida … and God’s little mussels.)

May God continue to shed His grace upon us all.
