Huntington’s disease (HD) is a hereditary degenerative brain disorder that attacks the sufferer’s ability to talk, think and reason, eventually resulting in incapacitation.

Further research is needed to find a remedy to Huntington’s disease.

To help raise funds to fight this insidious illness, the Huntington’s Disease Society of America is sponsoring their seventh annual bass tournament on Lake Allatoona on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Galts Ferry boat ramp.

Winners will receive cash prizes.  There will also be door prizes and raffles.

Opportunities to sponsor this worthy event are still available.

All proceeds will be donated to the Georgia chapter of the Huntington’s Disease Society of America, a non-profit health organization dedicated to finding a cure for Huntington’s disease while providing support and services for those living with HD, and their families.
