Natural Beauties in GA: Blind Snakes & Grosbeaks

A blind snake?

Personally, I don’t care all that much if snakes are blind.  I don’t like snakes, even if you tell me that snakes like me.  I just don’t care.

I wouldn’t like snakes if they bought me Cheetos.

But I do find it interesting that there’s a snake in Georgia that is blind.  Not that I want to go and make friends with it and share food off my plate with it … but all of creation is fascinating to me.

Now, birds are way more cool than slithery, sneaky snakes and other politicians.

One magnificent bird that pauses in its migration in Georgia is the male rose-breasted grosbeak.  That’s a good looking bird.
